MLMcVinney & Associates needed a site that matched the size of the deals they close, not a generic real estate template built for residential listings. We built an editorial layout around full-bleed drone photography and large-format typography, so a $9.3M commercial listing reads with the same weight in a browser as it does in person. Property pages load fast on mobile, because most buyers are scanning listings from a phone between meetings, not sitting at a desktop.

The Holland Willows

The Holland Willows has been a fixture in Holland, NY since 1970, but its website was still asking visitors to call for basic answers: what's on the menu tonight, is a lane open, can we book the back room for a party. We rebuilt the site around those three questions. Menu browsing, event booking, and bowling-lane reservations now work in a few taps, on any device, without anyone picking up the phone.
